At Kebites, if there’s any issues with your order you can return eligible products within 12 hours upon delivery days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable goods, such as marinated meats, are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 12 hours of receipt, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For any issues, please reach out to our customer service team.
